GUIDE TO INSTALLATION

Once a support frame has been made and fixed from a solid structure above the suspended ceiling, installation of the Am-boss pull-down access ladder can proceed.

Prior to installation, fit eyebolt to panel.  Push the fully assembled unit into the opening of the support frame, and fix to support frame to make unit secure.  We recommend fixing the unit to the support frame using the four (4) pre-drilled holes on either side of the long length of the unit.  Do not walk on the ladder at this time.

Now all you have to do, adjust the ladder, (two screws with lock nuts), finished.

Ceiling cut out sizes:

‘Access-Boss’ Commercial Series up to 3000mm: 1220mm x 570mm
‘Access-Boss’ Commercial Series 3000mm to 3800mm: 1520mm x 570mm
Ceiling Heights above 3800mm – Cutout to be advised.
‘Big-Boss’ Commercial Series up to 3000mm: 1220mm x 770mm
‘Big-Boss’ Commercial Series 3000mm to 3800mm: 1520mm x 770mm
Ceiling Heights above 3800mm – Cutout to be advised.

'Inferno-Boss' Commercial Series up to 3000mm: Ceiling Cutout 1290mm x 645mm - Note: Clear inside dimensions 1165mm x 455mm
